Kalis Digital
This page explains how the personal data you send us through the contact form on kalisdigital.com is processed, in line with the GDPR and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll.
Who processes your data
Controller: AcuityHub, s. r. o., Pribišova 3416/12, 841 05 Bratislava, Slovakia, Company ID (IČO) 56799292, Tax ID 2122454224, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III Municipal Court, section Sro, file no. 185740/B. Kalis Digital is run on behalf of the company by Šimon Kališ, contact: simon@kalisdigital.com.
What data and why
Through the form we only process what you fill in yourself — typically your name, email, phone number, company name, city and the text of your message. The purpose is to handle your enquiry: replying to you, preparing a preview and quoting a price. Only the email address is required, so that we can answer you.
Legal basis and retention
The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form. We keep the data for as long as it takes to handle the enquiry, or for the duration of our cooperation, and delete it afterwards. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email.
Who receives the data
Form submissions are technically handled by Web3Forms, which delivers the message to our inbox; our email runs on Google Workspace. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Your rights
- the right to access your data and have it corrected,
- the right to erasure (the "right to be forgotten") and to restriction of processing,
- the right to object and the right to data portability,
- the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
We handle any request sent to simon@kalisdigital.com.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic, and it only starts after you accept it in the cookie banner. Until then no analytics or advertising cookies are stored — Google Consent Mode v2 is set to denied by default. If you click Decline, no measurement runs at all. Apart from that the site only loads what it needs to display correctly (fonts and stylesheets) and does not profile visitors.
